Shipping and Return Policy
We currently ship only within the US.
While we make every effort to complete orders as quickly as possible, it may take 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process orders for shipping after receiving an order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Delivery times depend on your location and shipping method and may take up to 5 business days for domestic delivery.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer UPS to deliver your orders.
Standard shipping on orders over $150 before tax is free.
For orders under $150, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
In-Store Pickup
You can choose not to pay for shipping by taking advantage of free local pickup at 20929 Ventura Blvd #38, Woodland Hills, CA 91364. Once you place your order and select a local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup the same day. When your order is ready, we will send you an email/text message along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are:
Mondays and Saturdays: 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays: 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
When you arrive, please have your order confirmation email with you.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email/text message notification from us with a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 8 days of receiving your delivery confirmation email, please contact us at contact@ellevemedspa.com with your name and order number and we will review it for you.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges. We understand that there are various reasons why one may need to do an exchange and will assess on a case-by-case basis. We will always try our best to find a satisfactory solution.
If your order is damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
